Objective

Protection and preservation of the SAC Ladra-Támoga-Parga.

Context

ERIMSA has been involved in extracting operations for over 30 years, applying environmentally friendly and suitable extractions with agricultural, livestock and forestry activities.

Actions

To recover and create more lagoons, in the areas with the greatest capacity, island areas are left for the nesting of birds and perimeters that facilitate integration into the landscape and the growth of different tree species.

The soil left behind has excellent characteristics for the raising of livestock, with the formation of large, highly productive meadows.

Result

Preservation of biodiversity, increasing the environmental value and the reinforcement of the Galician agricultural and livestock economy.
