Case Study

Hanson Hispania s.a.

Barcelona, Spain

The communicative actions carried out by aggregates producing companies to inform about the good practices carried out in ecological restoration and biodiversity management field do not always manage to reach the general public. In response Hanson Hispania has developed a communication initiative absolutely avant-garde in the aggregates and conservation sectors. The project consists in a fiction short film recording based on the aggregates extraction reality. As a theme, the Sand Martin (Riparia riparia) nesting management present in the site was selected. The film was presented during the II Salamanca University Environmental Film Week and a shorter version through the social networks.
