Smiths was concerned that all contractors onsite understood the layout and Health and Safety procedures they were required to follow. To address this issue, the Gill Mill management team developed two highly engaging films utilising cutting edge drone technology. The videos utilised extensive drone-based video footage which was enhanced with graphic images. One video was developed for use with hauliers and the other for maintenance contractors. The video inductions are delivered in a dedicated induction suite on-site, this allows inductees to focus without distraction on the visuals and key information being provided.
