Description of the good practice

All waste water, which results from washing of aggregates, and the majority of surface water of the paved circulation areas is collected and is going to be processed by means of a water treatment plant (thickener and chamber filter press) to lead back the cleaned water into circulation.

Description of positive effects on water/groundwater

By preparation of all waste water and a part of surface water it is ensured that ground water can’t be contaminated.

In 2018, the Water Treatment Plant is in operation and is continuously adapted to state of the art.
