Ms. Claudia ABBADESSA

Claudia Abbadessa, of Italo-Ecuadorian nationality, currently serves as a Public Affairs Officer at Aggregates Europe - UEPG. Specialising in environmental related legislative matters, Claudia addresses issues concerning water quality, air quality, and environmental protection in alignment with key EU directives. Her academic foundation includes a Bachelor's degree in European Studies (majoring in EU Law) from the University of Amsterdam and a Master's degree in International Politics from KU Leuven, Belgium.

Claudia's career has been marked by diverse experiences, including roles as a Data Specialist at Moody's and a BlueBook Trainee at DG FISMA of the European Commission in the Sustainable Finance Unit. Her varied experiences highlight her versatility and deep understanding of both private and public sector dynamics, contributing to her ability to navigate complex issues in her current role.

Throughout her journey, Claudia remains committed to contributing her skills and passion to the objectives of Aggregates Europe - UEPG. Eager to unite strengths within a team, she looks forward to collaborating with boundless enthusiasm to advance the shared goals of the organisation.
